GET IN TOUCH
Monday to Thursday
10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Lyn is your first point of contact for appointment enquiries, booking or rearranging appointments, self-referrals, referral information for healthcare professionals, procedure bookings, general administrative questions and questions before your consultation. If you contact us outside office hours, please leave a voicemail or send an email. Lyn will respond as soon as possible during office hours.
We welcome both self-referrals and referrals from healthcare professionals, including GPs, consultants, physiotherapists, osteopaths and other clinicians. Following your enquiry, Lyn will guide you through the booking process and answer any practical questions you may have. Before your appointment, you may be asked to complete a health questionnaire and provide copies of any previous clinic letters or scan reports. Our consultations are deliberately unhurried, allowing time to understand your story, discuss your concerns and develop a personalised treatment plan.
Wye Sanctuary offers secure virtual consultations for many aspects of pain management, including initial consultations, follow-up appointments, medication reviews, reviewing MRI scans and investigation results, pain education, lifestyle and rehabilitation advice, and treatment planning. You’ll need a computer, tablet or smartphone, a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space.
